Kuan Yin Shirts Made in Thailand. This is a T-shirt from Thailand featuring an image of the Bodhisattva Kuan Yin, the Goddess of Compassion and Mercy. These shirts can be machine washed in cold water, but should be turned inside-out when washed.

Kuan Yin is venerated for her compassion, which she pours on to the world when she helps people in all coreners of the universe.

This is the Tibetan version of Kuan Yin, known as Avalokitesawara. The halo of a thousand arms have an eye in each hand, so that she can look our for the suffering of people no matter where they are. As a Bodhisattva, she has attained enlightenment but has forgone the final stage that leads to nirvana so that she may help all others first.
